The Market Seems to be Turning

I haven’t posted in the blog for a while, but I plan to start blogging about the market conditions rather than posting stats.

Flagstaff’s real estate market really seems to be making positive turn! The median listing price has increase nearly 4% through the past two weeks. I personally have noticed an increasing number of buyers looking to view and actually purchase real estate. Right now really is the time to buy. There are numerous properties in some stage of foreclosures, which generally leads to a good deal for the buyer! There are a lot of motivated sellers and a lot of property on the market. The best deals seem to be in the 3,000 - 4,000 SF mid to mid/high level home.

I’ve seen a number of sales that are really unbelievable. Getting that great deal just takes having a Realtor looking for a perfect property for you as it hits the market.
